When Lloyd Bannings returns to his hometown of Crossbell, he finds that not only has the police department been dissolved but also been assigned a new position as one of its last remaining members – The Special Support Section. This team is responsible for handling odd jobs and requests around town while making sure no major crimes happen in their jurisdiction; it’s what they call “minor matters.” Despite being disappointed at first sight seeing old friends are now gone or replaced by others who aren’t nearly as friendly (especially considering how much younger everyone seems), this doesn’t dampen enthusiasm on getting back into character because there might just be some hope left after all: namely, finding out more information
Lloyd and his friends are the only ones who believe in making Crossbell City a better place.
