As the year 2035 draws near, the citizens of Talos I are becoming increasingly restless. They want more from life. They want freedom, and they want to see the universe beyond the moon. They want to explore. But exploration isn’t free. They need money, lots of it. They need a source of power. And they need to know that the government won’t be able to control their actions once they leave the moon. But there’s only one way to get money…and that’s to rob space stations like Talos I. The problem is that the owners of these space stations are now living on the moon.
In Prey, you’re a bounty hunter that’s been chosen to track down an escaped convict. You have to get him back safely. To get to him first, you’ll need to master your unique skills. You can unlock skills by earning experience.
At the beginning of each level, you’ll have to select an upgrade path for your ship’s weapons, engine, and tools. Each upgrade comes with specific upgrades to your ship.
